-- 12:40a  Bed
--   8:49a  Up
--   9:09a  Tony called to invite me to join him & Sue for breakfast
I didn't promise anything, but I was planning to head out for breakfast soon, anyways.
--   9:20a  Leaving via bike for breakfast @Fountain Inn with Tony and Sue:  Scrambled eggs and sausage
When I arrived they were inside and finished.  I got them to come out to the patio.
The wait staff brought over some kind of banana & strawberry thing with a sparker but I didn't touch it.

-- 11:31a  Inside after biking 2 mi

>>> 11:47a  "Son of a Critch" (07/24/23)
Mark is a boy more mature than his 11 years who uses comedy and self-deprecation to win friends and connect with the small collection of people in his limited world to escape his dysfunctional family home life in 1986 Newfoundland.
~~  The series creator, Mark Critch, plays his own father, Mike.
~~  First aired in Canada on 1/4/22.
~~  It's what you would expect -- not great, but not horrible.  I'll probably continue watching.

--   1:20p  +"Breeders" (07/31/23)
This is the start of the 4th (and final) season and it jumps ahead 5 years.
--   2:29p  +"Bump" (07/31/23, s2x1)
So, I've watched a Canadian show, then a British show, and this one is Australian.
Based on the caption, the Australians spell "Ewww" as "Eugh".
--   4:10p  Leaving via bike for dinner @Frankie's Deli: turkey on rye,
--   4:53p  Home;  Total ride: 11 mi;  Sitting in garage and talked to neighbor
--   7:32p  Inside after biking 3 mi (Total 22.5 mi today)

>>>   7:44p  "Run the Burbs" (07/31/23)
A young, bold Canadian family takes a different approach to living life to the fullest in the suburbs.
~~  Premiered in Canada on 1/5/22.
~~  Creator, Andrew Phung, plays Andrew Pham, while Kardinal Offishall plays a version of himself.
~~  This show is really stupid and just shy of horrible, but it's already been renewed twice
so someone likes it.  I don't know if I'll give it another chance, although one review said
the 2nd ep is a little better.

--   9:12p  +"Dark Winds" (07/30/23, s2x1)
When I saw Jeri Ryan on "Picard", I think that might have been the first time I've seen her
in 8 years.  She HAS been on other things, but nothing that I watched.  But here she is again.

-- 10:42p  Skim Ch5 news
-- 11:02p  "Kelly & Mark" (Tue)
