Also, stopped at Xfinity, who advised me to reinstall the Stream app, but that didn't help with the TiVo app.

--   5:31p  Reinstalled Xfinity Stream and that changed its behavior.  It first asks me to sign in, but

when I click that button it says "Connection Error".  But other things work on the phone.  So, now what am I supposed to do?  I turned wi-fi off and back on, but that didn't help.  I rebooted phone, but that didn't help.

--   6:53p  I tried to use a different Xfinity app and it says that it couldn't reach oauth.xfinity.com.

that he talked to another neighbor who supposedly called himself a math wizard.

Tony couldn't say if our answers matched.
