I wasn't expecting to even go out today because a couple days ago it seemed like it would be

raining on and off all day, but aside from being cool it doesn't look like it's going to rain.

on one block.  I also think I heard crows but didn't see any.  Maybe the others were gathered

for protection against the crows.  But in the last leg, I didn't see or hear ANY birds.
