without needing to turn the power off.  It seems to be a Republic 1002TW by Hinkley

with an oil-rubbed bronze finish with clear seedy glass.  

The guy said it uses a LED bulb but it's unclear to me if that's true.

There were funnel clouds sighted about 40 mi south but they weren't heading in this direction.

There is currently snow in Rockford but it's probably headed to Wisconsin.

~~  It's SO hard to keep track of eclipse weather.  Initially, they were saying that

Texas was the most likely chance for good weather (although I had no plans to go there)

and now they're saying the opposite.

~~  I just discovered that the Indiana lottery only picks ONE superball each day but

the news displays it twice -- once at the end of the Daily-3 and Daily-4.  So it has

NOT been a coincidence that they've been the same for many days -- they're always the

same because it's just the one ball repeated -- because you can apply it to either game!
