--   6:00a  Woke up and noticed traffic noise and then I heard a train horn.

--   6:30a  Up

It's 53F outside but the window unit doesn't seem capable of producing heat.

--   7:05a  Going downstairs for breakfast: egg scramble, sausage, waffle

--   8:40a  Leaving hotel and expect to be biking after driving to a park

--   9:10a  Started biking;

After biking 3 mi, I realized that somehow I had gone in a circle and was back at the start.

-- 10:56a   After biking about 12.5 mi, stopped @McD near bike path for soda.

Talked to a man who used to live nearby but he came back for a medical test.

He mentioned that he used to work at a cheese factory.

-- 12:03p  After having biked another 3 mi, I was at the end of the trail and planned to take streets back to my car.

There was a steep hill, so I walked up.  After biking a few blocks, there was another steep hill.

--   1:45p  Returned to shelter at park and talked to a group of seniors who had been biking.

I saw more blue jays than I've seen in one day.  I also saw a couple deer.

There were a lot of red wing blackbirds, which are often aggressive, but they didn't bother me.

--   2:20p  Back at car;  Total ride: 27 mi;  Started to drive around Green Bay.

--   5:52p  Drove over the bridge by the mouth of the Fox River and saw the overview of the Bay

while I was going 70 miles an hour.    That pointe is exactly north of my house.

--   6:00p  Arrived at the restaurant that I planned on having dinner at and discovered 

that it's closed on Mondays. I'm currently at a McDonald's -- for washroom and wi-fi.

--   7:00p  Arrive for dinner @Fratello's, Appleton: salmon

The lot was completely full but then a space opened up and

a sign said there was patio seating, so I went to the patio.

I had to wait over 15 mins for the waiter to take my order because 

an older man fell out of his chair and hit his head on the floor.

~~  I wanted to order pasta but none of their choices appealed to me.

~~  The patio has a view of a dam on the Fox River.

~~  Google Timeline failed to see that I was there!

~~  The only meal that I had in Green Bay was breakfast at the hotel!

--   8:06p  Checked into Best Western in Appleton.

--   9:22p -  9:39p  Called EJB to tell him about Don's invitation.

--   9:49p  I seem to have lost internet access, but it cam back a bit later.

-- 10:00p  NBC26 news reports that Jen C's dog died while entrusted to a caregiver.

-- 10:36p  "Jimmy Kimmel";  His face looks very pale on this TV.

I thought the heat was working because the room seemed warm enough but it's getting cold

and when I tried to set the temperature, some of the segments on the 7-segment display

on both digits were not working.  This is a really bizarre problem!
