Sat
--   6:00a  Up
--   6:50a  Leaving (15 mins later than planned) to drive to Franksville (NW Racine)
--   8:05a  Arrived for breakfast @The Meadows Family Restaurant: egg/sausage skillet.
I didn't want to waste phone battery so I drove without GPS.
I remembered the name of the street and the town, but the highway signs gave a
different town name and only used the county highway letter.
I realized that I missed it by the next exit so I didn't go too far out of the way.

--   9:25a   Leaving McD after using the wi-fi to download local map onto phone.
The restaurant where I had breakfast didn't have wi-fi.
Then I tried to setup laptop with GPS receiver but it said it wasn't configured.
I found the choice to configure it, but it couldn't see the device,  so I had to
tour Racine using old-school method -- just look at the map and see where to turn next,
however, I frequesntly had to stop because I couldn't check the map while driving.

~~  Encountered blocked streets in Downtown Racine.  It seemed like there was going
to be a parade.

--   1:50p  Arrive for lunch with Tony & Sue @Pier 290, Williams Bay, WI: fish tacos
--   4:38p  Arrive @RV site in Lake Geneva where Tony & Sue are spending weekends
--   6:30p  Arrive @Hampton Inn, Elkhorn.
Geographically, it looks like it would be very quiet but the desk clerk warned that
there are lots of people here for wedding and other events (not held at the hotel) and
it's a Saturday night -- so she couldn't promise anything.
~~  Had trouble connecting to wi-fi because I don't belong to the loyalty club.
She entered a promo code on my phone and my laptop, but it's silly that they just
don't automatically let guests connect.

--   7:35p  Leaving to bike.  Biked 5.3 mi, according to health app,
put putting the wheel back on bike messed up the cyclometer, which only registered 1.5 mi.
--   8:10p  Arrive for dinner @Pizza Ranch (next to hotel):  Buffet (fried chicken).
The closest one to my house is in Joliet so I've never been there.
If I were going to drive down there for chicken, I'd have to try out the Zaxby's instead.
--   8:46p  Leaving to bike.  Figured out that the sensor had moved.  Biked 1.6 mi.
--   9:00p  Back at room but had to go back to car to get laptop power cable.

-- 10:00p  The TV is horrible.  They list a bunch if premium streaming services but
it only works if you have a personal subscription.  So, I tried to watch the local news
and it said the hotel's contracts with some of them has expired.  One that seemed to work
had FIFA match insted of news.
~~  But I was able to watch the local NBC station on my phone with Xfinity Stream.

-- 10:05p - 10:08p  Tony called to see if I got home OK, but I told him I'm heading north.
He believes that there are 18 people at his event.

-- 11:50p  Bed
.
