First went to Kohl's to buy new gloves.  I asked a sales assoc where the
gloves were and she said she didn't think they had any but I could look
in the clearance aisle.  This is the wrong time of year for gloves to be
in clearance.  But I asked a guy in that area and he pointed right to
where the woman was standing.

Then there was an "enter here" sign at the register but there didn't
seem to be anything that would stop someone from going directly to the
next register.  Luckily, no one did, but I had to wait a long time
because the customer at that next register seemed to have some sort of
problem, and the customer at the first register had a cart full of items.

Then, at Arby's, there seemed to be a lot of sandwiches that were
ordered ahead of mine and only one sandwich maker.
