He came in the unit and set off the alarm, and then he had to go outside to reset the panel.

But EVERY unit in my 6-unit building gets the alarm until he resets it.
So, now, the next unit isn't expecting the guy until 9a, but, of course,
if they're home, they've been woken by the alarm.

The management company stupidly set up the appointments 30 mins apart,
for him to do something that takes less than 5 mins.
