• Spinoff of "The Vampire Diaries" with some of their kids as students in a school for supernaturals.

• TVD had another spinoff -- "The Originals" which I did not watch, and the main character on the new show was born there, so I don't know her.  The producers says that people can watch without having seen either of the other shows.

• One of the students is played by Jenny Boyd.

• I'm not sure if I want to bother watching.  I just don't care about any of the characters and it doesn't seem interesting enough.
