-- 9:00p Another BSOD
-- 9:05p "Supergirl"
My laptop was showing MS Store using 35% of CPU and the Firefox was using 100% of disk.
I shut down Firefox and the MS Store was using 100% of CPU.
I decided to reboot again. It took a very long time to shut down.
When I rebooted it wouldn't bring up the login screen. I don't know if it's doing anything.
I can turn the caps lock on and off, which means it isn't totally dead, but it seems that it
might as well be.
~~ I typing this on my backup (Dell) laptop which is not fully setup. I am only partially backed-up.
-- 10:30p I thought I had setup more things on this laptop but I'm not finding things.
-- 10:45p The old laptop finally displayed the login screen and I was able to login but it seems very sluggish. The task manager came up and it's displaying percentages but no specific tasks.
-- 11:11p It seems like maybe the C: drive is blown but the D: drive is OK. I can't open File Explorer but I was able to open Google Chrome and access D: drive.
I'm remembering how much I hate the keyboard arrangement on the Dell PC. The position relative to the screen causes me to constantly put my fingers on the wrong keys. And the function keys are different.
