There was a message from Cigna about a grievance, which takes about 30 days to
respond to, so I don't even remember what it was about.  I called the number they
gave which included an extension, but there was no opportunity to dial the extension
which implies they gave me the wrong main number, and the person I reached didn't
know what number I should call.  So, now there are 2 more grievances.  That would
be the 4th since I joined.

shortly after I got up.  Since the buffet was open now, I decided to head there.

It seems that the shooter at Mercy Hospital had been shot before 3:30p but Ch2 was still
covering it at 7p and went 6 mins into prime time programming -- because, it seems, they
just don't know how to stop.
