There is a guy who lives on a block in Uptown where he parks 38 cars which he rents to people. Currently, there is no limit on how many parking permits a resident can buy.
It turns out that the alderman lives on the same block and has been trying to do
something about it for a year. The state has to pass a regulation but it was vetoed.
