I walked on treadmill for 4 mins at 3% incline at 2.5 mph, 4 min at 2.0%, 12 min at 1% at 2 mph.

Then I used recumbent bike for 15 mins at level 11 around 9 mph.

They tried to convince me to take other shots which I've had, although there are new versions.

When I left rehab, car thermometer said it was 80F so I was going to get a shake

but when I left Walgreen's it had dropped 10 degrees.

He said the knock on the door Monday that interrupted our call was someone he knew

but was not expecting.  I asked if he was visiting someone else in the building, but

apparently not, so that seemed strange  to come that late.

~~ Ed noted that it's strange that I was calling late, but I pointed out that he's

usually not home earlier.  I don't know why he didn't remember that reason.

~~  He mentioned that they're repainting his hallways.  They've all been a dark brown

but now each floor will be a different color.  He said that his will be orange.

The Food Guy didn't mention cheese but the mashed potatoes were 50% butter -- almost as bad.
