but first biked 1 mi on damp street with neighbor.

I walked on treadmill for 20 mins at 2% incline at 2 mph

But at the start and end I did 2 min at 3.5% and 2.8 mph..

Then I used recumbent bike for 10 mins at level 11 around 11 mph, then 10 mins at level 10 around 9 mph.

--   2:45p  Leaving for 3:20p dentist appointment

--   3:10p  Arrived and was taken into exam room immediately.

--   3:25p  Given novocain

--   4:10p  Arrived for dinner @Jack in the Box in Carol Stream.

I saw their fish sandwich on a sign in the window but it was only available during Lent.

I had intended to get their famous tacos, since I've never had them before.

They were just OK, but 2 for $1.69 seemed an appropriate price.

I noticed they had $3 eggrolls but since I could get 3 for $4.89, I got that.

I asked for a senior drink.  I don't know if it's normally free, but it

wasn't listed on the receipt.

~~  I don't know if they have some sort of new novocain but I hardly felt numb

and I had no trouble eating, and the little numbness there was wore off quickly.

--   7:00p  Sitting in garage after biking 4 mi with neighbor

--   7:50p  Inside after biking 2 mi (Total 10 mi today) and talking to neighbor.

Luckily, I had the odometer on the bike because my watch wasn't very good at tracking today.
